Paul Snuggs - CEO & Co-Founder
Paul has spent his career in the construction industry, beginning as an apprentice carpenter before progressing into engineering, project management and senior leadership roles. His experience spans demolition, piling, reinforced concrete structures, commercial fit-outs and major infrastructure projects.

Having worked from the tools through to project delivery, Paul understands the operational challenges faced by contractors, clients and site teams. In 2019, he co-founded Timeless with a vision to build a workforce business led by construction professionals, delivering reliable, competent and compliant personnel across the UK.
Jason Ward - COO & Co-Founder
Jason has over 20 years of experience in piling and civil engineering, delivering major infrastructure and commercial projects throughout the UK. Starting his career in setting out and site engineering, he progressed to Senior Project Manager, overseeing complex projects from foundations through to superstructure.

Recognising the industry's ongoing shortage of skilled workers, Jason co-founded Timeless to provide a more reliable, construction-focused recruitment solution. Today, he leads operational delivery, ensuring clients receive project-ready personnel backed by practical industry expertise.
Lewis Loxton - Managing Director – Recruitment
Lewis began his career as a Setting Out Engineer before returning to site to gain hands-on experience within specialist piling. Progressing from Rig Attendant and Slinger Signaller to Piling Supervisor, he successfully delivered projects nationwide for leading contractors.

This practical background gives Lewis a deep understanding of the skills, challenges and workforce demands faced on modern construction sites. He now leads Timeless' recruitment division, overseeing labour supply and specialist recruitment across the construction, piling and engineering sectors.
Kay Burkett - HR & Compliance
Kay has been part of Timeless since its inception and has played a key role in the company's growth. She leads HR, compliance, governance and operational functions, ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of workforce compliance, quality assurance and regulatory adherence.

With a strong focus on people and continuous improvement, Kay oversees the systems and processes that support both the business and its workforce, helping to create a safe, compliant and positive working environment.
